Accepting these terms and conditions.
How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place once the products and/or services are paid for through our store, at which point you confirm your acceptance to these terms and conditions.
If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will refund you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product and/or services.
Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and it will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.
Our products and services.
List of products and services. We provide the products and services displayed on our site www.notary.amanat.legal. The products and services detailed therein are subject to change and we may add additional products or services from time to time.
Our right to make changes.
Minor changes to the products. We may change the products: (i) to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and (ii) to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a security threat. These changes will not affect your use of the product.
Updates to digital content. We may update or require you to update digital content, provided that the digital content shall always match the description of it that we provided to you before you bought it.
Purchase of the products and/or services.
Products and services. Once you have confirmed and purchased the products and/or services through our store you will not have the right to change your mind as all purchases made through our store are confirmed and final.
Refunds. Once the products and/or services are purchased, even if you decide you do not require them anymore, you shall not be entitled to receive any refund of any sort whatsoever.

Price and payment.
Where to find the price for the product. The price of the products and services (which includes VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages once you place your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of the products and services advised to you are correct.
We will pass on changes in the rate of VAT. If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product or service, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the product or service in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
When you must pay and how you must pay. We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. All payments must be made upon checkout in order to confirm your order.
Payment Processor: We use a third-party payment processor, to link your credit card or debit card account to the website. The processing of payments or credits, as applicable, in connection with your use of website will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the payment processor and your credit card issuer in addition to these terms. We are not responsible for any errors by the payment processor, but will take corrective action when and if possible. In connection with your use of the website, we will obtain certain transaction details, which we will use solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All amounts due, if any, shall be paid in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding (other than any deduction or withholding of tax as required by law)

Keep your account details safe.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at admin@amanat.legal.
How you may use material on our website.
We are the owner of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

No text or data mining, or web scraping.
You shall not conduct, facilitate, authorise or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to our site or any services provided via, or in relation to, our site. This includes using (or permitting, authorising or attempting the use of):

Jurisdiction and applicable law.
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection, with, it, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, these terms, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
